At Tuscana Villa Guesthouse, we’ve always dreamed of turning the old sink storeroom in the backyard into a charming country store.
A dream born from a love for antiques, farm smells and the memories of your grandmother’s pastries.

Where We Started
Sinkstoor started with a dream — one that had been waiting behind Tuscana Guesthouse for years. Our team has always shared a love for vintage things, good coffee, and genuine hospitality. Even though there are already quite a few coffee shops and small businesses in Kroonstad, we wanted something different. A place where you can breathe. Relax. Let your shoulders drop. And maybe feel a little at home.
What We Offer
Here at Sinkstoor, we are excited about many things: coffee that makes you smile, freshly baked bread, a delicious smoothie on the way to work, or that one special gift you are looking for for someone — or just for yourself. Everything we offer has been carefully selected, to give you those little moments of tranquility and intention.
Time for Togetherness
We have a great love for community. That’s why we’ve also created a space for togetherness: for quick morning coffees, late afternoon hangouts with friends, a cozy book club or even small intimate functions on request. Even though we’re focused on takeaway meals and drinks, there’s always a place where you can sit down — even if it’s just for a few minutes of breath.
